Welcome to Games Vault. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.
Section 1 – Accuracy of Pricing and Specifications
Component Availability: Due to the volatile nature of the computer hardware market, component availability changes rapidly. Games Vault reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater performance from reputable brands (e.g., substituting a Corsair RAM kit with a Kingston kit of identical speed and capacity) without prior notice.
Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Games Vault reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Section 2 – System Warranty & Tech Support
Every Games Vault PC is accompanied by our 3-Year Limited Warranty covering hardware defects.
Voiding Warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused by user accidents, unauthorized physical modifications, improper overclocking/undervolting, or liquid damage not caused by pre-installed components.
Opening the case to clean or upgrade parts does not void your warranty, provided no physical damage is caused to the original components during the process.
Section 3 – Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
All shipments are fully insured. Title to, and risk of loss for, the products passes to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier to your specified address.
Games Vault is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, courier delays, or incorrect address entry by the customer at checkout.
Section 4 – Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
Section 5 – Limitation of Liability
Games Vault, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or services.
Section 6 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which Games Vault operates.
