Games Vault Refund & Return Policy

At Games Vault, we build high-performance machines designed to exceed expectations. We understand that purchasing a gaming PC is a major investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any prebuilt PC or accessory.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The PC must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be packed securely in its original packaging (including the internal foam molding, original box, and outer shipping box) to prevent shipping damage.

  • All inclusion items (power cords, extra chassis cables, motherboard accessories, and free merchandise) must be included.

Important Note on Custom Configurations: Custom-built PCs tailored entirely to specific, non-standard user requests may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the labor and unique configuration of the hardware.

Damaged or Defective Items (Dead on Arrival)

We stress-test every PC for 48 hours, but shipping courier transit can be rough. If your system arrives damaged or does not power on out of the box:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@gamesvault.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the damage or issue.

  3. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and prioritize a rush repair or replacement at zero cost to you.

The Return Process

  1. Request RMA: Email returns@gamesvault.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack It Securely: Carefully pack the PC using the original foam inserts. Games Vault is not responsible for physical damage incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging.

  3. Ship It Back: Affix the provided return label and drop it off at the designated courier.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
